A Note for Authors
IMCHP recommends the tools below to assist authors in preparing accurate, transparent, and professionally presented manuscripts. These services are supportive resources only and do not replace author responsibility, scientific judgment, ethical compliance, or editorial review. Authors should verify all references, data, statistical outputs, and AI-assisted language changes before submission.

Use of Paraphrasing Tools
Paraphrasing tools such as QuillBot may be used for language assistance only. They must not be used to disguise copied text, evade similarity screening, alter another author's ideas without attribution, or replace proper scholarly citation. Authors remain responsible for the originality and meaning of the final text.
6. Researcher Identification
ORCID
Persistent researcher identifier that helps distinguish authors and connect scholarly outputs across systems.
Create or Manage an ORCID iDGenerative AI and Automated Tools
Any use of generative AI or automated writing tools must comply with the current IMCHP Generative AI Policy. AI systems cannot be listed as authors. Authors must independently verify factual statements, references, statistics, translations, and interpretations generated or modified by automated tools.
Before Submission
- Run an originality/similarity check and review matched passages manually.
- Verify every reference against the original source.
- Check DOI information where available.
- Apply the correct study-design reporting guideline.
- Proofread the manuscript for clarity and consistency.
- Confirm that any AI-assisted use has been handled transparently and responsibly.
