Official IMCHP Submission Resources
Authors must prepare manuscripts using the official IMCHP requirements. To avoid duplicated or outdated instructions, all template examples and the most current submission specifications are centralized through the Author Guidelines page. Required Submission Package
1. Cover Letter — DOCX or PDF
Addressed to the Editor-in-Chief and prepared according to the journal's official example.
2. Blinded Manuscript — DOCX
The principal peer-review file. It must be fully anonymized and follow the IMCHP manuscript structure and formatting requirements.
3. Title Page — DOCX
Contains complete author identities, affiliations, corresponding-author details, ORCID iDs, and required author metadata.
4. Author Declarations — DOCX or PDF
Includes authorship, ethics, consent, funding, conflicts of interest, data availability, copyright/permissions where relevant, and generative AI disclosure.
5. Turnitin Similarity Report — PDF (Mandatory)
Authors must upload the complete Turnitin Similarity Report corresponding to the same manuscript version submitted to IMCHP.
Important: Similarity results are evaluated contextually. A numerical similarity or AI-detection score alone does not determine plagiarism, originality, acceptance, or rejection. Authors remain responsible for the integrity and disclosure of all submitted content.
6. Reporting Checklist / Supplementary Material — When Applicable
Submit the relevant reporting checklist such as CONSORT, STROBE, PRISMA, PRISMA-ScR, COREQ, SRQR, CARE, STARD, TRIPOD, or other design-appropriate guidance, together with protocols or supplementary files where required.
Quantitative & Model-Based Manuscript Structure
For quantitative, hypothesis-driven, regression, mediation, moderation, SEM, PLS-SEM, predictive, and related model-based manuscripts, IMCHP uses the following structure:

Post-Acceptance Production
Professional LaTeX Production Workflow
Authors are not required to prepare the initial submission in LaTeX. The standard submission format is Microsoft Word. After final acceptance, the editorial production team converts and typesets the article using the official IMCHP LaTeX production system.
The corresponding author will receive a production proof for verification. Authors are expected to cooperate with reference checking, figure/table adjustment, metadata verification, and proof corrections within the production schedule specified by the journal.
