Payment Confirmation

After payment, the corresponding author should send the payment receipt together with the manuscript ID and corresponding-author name to the IMCHP editorial office. This allows the payment to be matched accurately with the accepted manuscript.

Acceptance, Letter of Acceptance, and Publication

Authors are expected to respond carefully and promptly to editorial and reviewer comments. Constructive revision and timely communication support an efficient and rigorous publication process.

A formal Letter of Acceptance (LoA) is issued only after the manuscript has completed the journal's editorial and peer-review process and has received a formal acceptance decision. Acceptance confirms the editorial decision; it is not purchased through payment of the APC.

Waiver or Special Payment Circumstances

Authors who experience legitimate payment difficulties may contact the editorial office before making payment. Any waiver, discount, sponsorship, or special arrangement is handled separately from peer review and must not influence editorial decision-making.
