Safety and Health for Medical Workers (SHMW)

1. Material Development: Ensure that all materials to be published have been developed and prepared to a high standard of quality. This may include journal articles, research reports, practical guides, infographics, or other resources relevant to the health and safety of medical workers.
2. Registration with the Platform: Register yourself or the "Safety and Health for Medical Workers (SHMW)" project with the chosen publishing platform. This may involve creating a user account or submitting a request to become a publishing partner.
3. Preparation of Materials: Prepare all materials to be published according to the guidelines and format set by the publishing platform. Be sure to pay attention to things like article structure, file format, and metadata requirements.
4. Material Submission: Submit your materials to the chosen publishing platform according to the instructions provided. This may involve uploading files, filling out metadata forms, and other administrative steps.
5. Review and Validation: Your material may go through a review and validation process before it is officially published. This could include review by an editor or peer review by experts in the relevant field.
6. Publishing and Open Access: Once your material is accepted and approved for publishing, it will be officially published and become available for free access by anyone interested.
7. Letter of Acceptance (LOA): Once the material has gone through the acceptance process and is approved for publication, provide the authors with an official Letter of Acceptance (LOA). This LOA notes that their material has been accepted for publication and provides details on the rest of the process, including information on publication and open access.
8. Promotion and Dissemination: Once published, promote and disseminate your material to relevant audiences. This could be through the project website, social media, mailing lists, or other platforms used to share information within the health community.
9. Awarding of SHMW Official Certificates: Once the material is published, provide the authors with a SHMW Official Certificate in appreciation of their contribution to the research. This certificate includes the name of the author, the title of the material they contributed, the date of publication, and the logo or official recognition mark of "Safety and Health for Medical Workers (SHMW)".
