1) Copyright Ownership

Authors retain the copyright of all works published in SHMW. Upon acceptance, authors grant the publisher Inovasi Analisis Data a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to publish, distribute, index, translate metadata, and preserve the Version of Record in any medium, while moral rights remain with the authors.

2) Open License (CC BY-SA 4.0)

All articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution–ShareAlike 4.0 license. CC BY SA

  • Share — copy and redistribute in any medium or format.
  • Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon for any purpose, including commercial.

Conditions:

  • Attribution — credit authors, journal title, and link the license; indicate changes.
  • ShareAlike — derivatives must be licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0.
  • No additional restrictions — no legal/technical measures that limit others’ rights under the license.

3) Permitted Uses

Content may be used for education, research, policy, professional practice, and commercial reuse provided the license terms are met. Where third-party materials are included, their original licenses prevail and separate permissions may be required.

5) Self-Archiving & Repositories

  • Accepted manuscript (postprint) — may be deposited immediately upon acceptance.
  • Version of Record — may be deposited with a citation to the DOI; no embargo.

6) Indexing, DOI & Preservation

Each article receives a DOI (Crossref) and machine-readable metadata for interoperability (OAI-PMH/Dublin Core). The journal participates in digital preservation networks to ensure long-term accessibility.
