Current Publication Fee Status

Free of Charge

Sharia Economic Law Innovation (SELI) currently does not charge any fees for manuscript submission, editorial processing, peer review, or publication. Authors may submit and publish accepted manuscripts in SELI without paying an Article Processing Charge (APC).

Open Access Publication Policy

SELI is committed to supporting open access scholarly communication by making published articles freely available to readers. The journal aims to encourage wider dissemination of research in sharia economic law, Islamic finance, Islamic economics, halal industry, governance, and legal innovation.

At the current stage, SELI provides publication services without charging authors. If there are any future changes related to publication fees, the journal will announce the policy transparently through the official journal website and notify authors with clear instructions.

Author Responsibilities After Submission

Authors are expected to respond to editorial and reviewer comments in a timely, professional, and complete manner. Prompt revision and clear response to reviewers help maintain an efficient peer-review and publication workflow.

  • Ensure that the manuscript follows SELI author guidelines and journal template.
  • Respond carefully to reviewer comments and editorial recommendations.
  • Submit revised files, response letters, and supporting documents when requested.
  • Maintain originality, ethical compliance, and transparency throughout the publication process.
  • After acceptance, authors will receive a formal Letter of Acceptance (LOA) from the editorial office.

The following payment information is provided only for future administrative reference if SELI implements publication fees in the future. Currently, authors are not required to make any payment for submission or publication.
