Jurnal Inovasi Pajak Indonesia (JIPI)

Copyright Policy

Jurnal Inovasi Pajak Indonesia (JIPI) is committed to maintaining high academic integrity and transparency in its copyright policies. All authors submitting manuscripts to JIPI must comply with the journal’s copyright regulations to ensure proper intellectual property management and ethical publishing practices. Upon acceptance of an article, the author retains the copyright while granting JIPI the right to publish and distribute the work under an open-access model. This ensures that the research remains accessible to a broad audience while protecting the rights of the authors.

Authors are required to confirm that their submission is original, has not been published elsewhere, and does not infringe on any copyright or intellectual property rights. If a manuscript includes copyrighted materials, such as images, tables, or extended excerpts from other sources, the author must obtain written permission for reproduction and provide proper attribution. JIPI does not claim exclusive publishing rights, allowing authors to share, distribute, and republish their work in other platforms, provided that the original publication in JIPI is properly cited.

License Agreement

JIPI applies the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) License to all published content. This licensing model aligns with the journal’s open-access policy, promoting unrestricted use and distribution of scholarly work while ensuring proper credit to the original authors. Under this license, the following conditions apply:

  1. Attribution (BY) – Users must give appropriate credit to the original author(s) and JIPI, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. Attribution should not suggest that the licensor endorses the user or their modifications.
  2. ShareAlike (SA) – Any adaptations or derivative works based on JIPI’s publications must be distributed under the same CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
  3. No Additional Restrictions – Users may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from using the content under the license’s terms.

This license enables scholars, educators, policymakers, and researchers to freely use, adapt, and build upon published works, fostering academic collaboration and knowledge dissemination in tax policy and innovation.

Author Rights and Responsibilities

  • Authors retain full copyright ownership of their work.
  • Authors grant JIPI the right to publish, distribute, and archive their articles while ensuring perpetual access through open-access platforms.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring their submissions do not violate third-party copyrights and must obtain permission for any copyrighted materials used.
  • Authors can share their published work on personal websites, institutional repositories, or other platforms, provided that they cite JIPI as the original source.
