Crossmark Policy

AHPROCE participates in the Crossmark service provided by Crossref. The Crossmark button offers a reliable way for readers to confirm the current status of a scholarly article and to access any updates such as corrections, retractions, or editorial notes. This ensures integrity, transparency, and trust in our publication process.

1. Purpose of Crossmark

• Guarantees readers are aware of post-publication updates (errata, corrigenda, retractions, withdrawals).
• Strengthens credibility of the Version of Record (VoR).
• Promotes ethical scholarly communication in line with COPE standards.

2. Policy Scope

The Crossmark icon will appear on all published Versions of Record hosted on the AHPROCE official website. It applies to:

• Research Articles
• Review Articles
• Case Studies
• Editorials, Perspectives, Commentaries
• Supplementary Materials linked to the VoR

3. Types of Updates Covered

• Corrections / Errata: Minor errors not affecting validity.
• Addenda: Additional information relevant to the article.
• Retractions: For invalid, unethical, or fabricated research.
• Expressions of Concern: When potential issues are under investigation.
• Withdrawals: For articles removed before official publication.

4. Process of Update

All updates are managed according to COPE guidelines and registered in Crossref metadata. Each notice is:

• Clearly labeled and published as a standalone update notice.
• Permanently linked to the original article DOI.
• Freely accessible, timestamped, and indexed for visibility.

5. Author Responsibilities

Authors must promptly inform the editorial office if they identify significant errors, omissions, or ethical concerns in their published work. Cooperation is essential to enable timely correction or retraction if needed.

6. Reader Responsibilities

Readers who detect errors or potential misconduct are encouraged to contact us at ahproce@analysisdata.co.id. All reports are handled confidentially and fairly.

7. Commitment to Integrity

By adopting Crossmark, AHPROCE ensures that the scholarly record remains reliable and traceable. Every article, update, or correction is integrated into our permanent archive with persistent DOIs. This commitment guarantees accuracy, credibility, and long-term trust in our journal.
