AHPROCE is fully committed to open access publishing, ensuring that every article is permanently and freely available to the global community without subscription or paywall barriers. Our policy follows international best practices (COPE, BOAI) and supports transparency, accessibility, and long-term preservation of scholarly work.

3. Author Responsibilities

  • Deposit published articles in institutional repositories, subject repositories, or personal websites.
  • Promote their work on social media, academic networks, and conferences to enhance reach.
  • Sign a copyright & open access agreement upon acceptance.

4. Archiving & Preservation

  • All published content is assigned a DOI via Crossref.
  • Participation in LOCKSS/CLOCKSS and the PKP Preservation Network ensures redundancy and digital preservation.
  • Long-term storage in trusted repositories, including Mendeley DataMendeley Data and NelitiNeliti Archive .

5. Compliance with Funder & Institutional Policies

  • AHPROCE complies with international open access mandates and institutional requirements.
  • Authors are responsible for ensuring compliance with their funders’ specific policies.
  • Metadata follows OAI-PMH / Dublin Core standards to guarantee interoperability and discoverability.

6. Repository & Self-Archiving

Authors are permitted to deposit:

  • Preprint: before submission, on recognized preprint servers.
  • Accepted Manuscript (Postprint): immediately after acceptance.
  • Published Version (VoR): in institutional or subject repositories with citation to the version of record. No embargo applies.

7. Licensing & Reuse

  • Reuse is permitted under CC BY-SA 4.0 with proper attribution.
  • Commercial use is allowed under the same license terms.
  • Authors must ensure that third-party content is used with appropriate rights and permissions.

8. Indexing & Discoverability

AHPROCE ensures that all published articles are enriched with machine-readable metadata and assigned persistent identifiers (DOI) to maximize visibility. The journal is committed to progressive inclusion in credible abstracting and indexing services to ensure global discoverability and long-term accessibility.
