Author Guidelines

Authors are welcome to submit manuscripts to Applied Health Promotion Science (AHPROCE). Each submission will be evaluated by the editorial team to determine its alignment with the journal’s aims and scope. Manuscripts deemed suitable will be sent for external peer review before a final decision on acceptance or rejection is made.

Before submission, authors are responsible for securing permission to reproduce any third-party materials (e.g., figures, photographs, datasets, or documents). All listed authors must have given their consent to be identified as contributors. Where applicable, research must have received approval from an appropriate institutional review board or ethics committee in accordance with national and international standards.

The editor reserves the right to issue a desk rejection if a manuscript does not meet the journal’s minimum quality standards. Submissions should demonstrate a clear research design, a coherent argument, and well-structured presentation. Titles must be concise, and abstracts should be self-contained, clearly summarizing the study. Adhering to these standards increases the likelihood that reviewers will accept the invitation to evaluate the manuscript.

When you are confident that your submission fulfills these requirements, please proceed to the submission checklist to ensure that all elements are prepared correctly.
