Download Official Templates
Authors are required to use the official AEI template and supporting documents to ensure consistency, ethical compliance, and smooth editorial processing.
Option A: MS Word Package — Standard Submission
Option B: LaTeX Kit — Advanced Submission
AEI_LaTeX_Submission_Kit.zip
Contains metadata, abstract, sections, figures, tables, and reference components for structured manuscript preparation.
Important: LaTeX Submission Standards
To ensure a smooth editorial and production process, AEI requires authors using LaTeX to follow a structured submission workflow.
- Submit Source and Review File: Authors must submit the LaTeX source package and a compiled PDF or Word export for peer review.
- Edit Components Carefully: Authors should only edit the designated metadata, abstract, sections, figures, tables, and references files.
- Figures and Tables: All figures must be clear, readable, and preferably high resolution. Tables must be editable and properly cited in the manuscript.
- Plagiarism Check: A readable PDF or Word version is required because similarity checking tools work best with text-based documents.
Required Submission Package
1. Cover Letter To Editor
Addressed to the Editor-in-Chief. The cover letter should briefly explain the manuscript’s originality, novelty, contribution to educational innovation, and suitability for AEI.
2. Article Manuscript Blind Review
The main manuscript file must be fully anonymous. Do not include author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, email addresses, or any identity markers in the blind manuscript.
3. Title Page and Metadata Full Identity
A separate file containing the article title, author names, institutional affiliations, corresponding author email, ORCID IDs where available, abstract, keywords, and funding information if applicable.
4. Statement Letter Required
Includes originality declaration, authorship responsibility, conflict of interest statement, research ethics statement, copyright agreement, and AI-use declaration where applicable.
5. Similarity / Plagiarism Report Ethics Check
A similarity report may be required during submission or editorial screening. The acceptable similarity threshold is maximum 12%.
