About RAIDA

Researcher Academy Innovation Data Analysis (RAIDA) welcomes high-quality manuscripts that contribute to data analysis, innovation, research methodology, and multidisciplinary knowledge development. RAIDA encourages submissions from students, academics, professionals, and researchers across health sciences, education, social sciences, physics, chemistry, economics, mathematics, business, technology, and related fields.

Mandatory Submission Requirements

Before submitting via OJS, authors MUST prepare the following 5 separate files to ensure ethical compliance and proper double-blind peer-review processing:

1. Cover Letter Letter to the Editor explaining novelty, contribution, originality, and relevance to RAIDA.
2. Blind Manuscript Article text WITHOUT author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or self-identifying information.
3. Title Page Complete author identities, affiliations, emails, corresponding author, ORCID IDs, and funding details.
4. Ethics Statement Signed declaration of originality, CRediT author roles, conflict of interest, data ethics, and AI usage.
5. Similarity Report Full Turnitin/similarity PDF report. Similarity and AI score should meet RAIDA editorial policy.

Types of Submissions

Original Research ArticlesComprehensive studies presenting original empirical, theoretical, or methodological findings.
Review ArticlesSystematic, narrative, or bibliometric reviews that synthesize recent developments.
Case StudiesIn-depth analyses of practices, applications, innovations, or data-driven interventions.
Short CommunicationsBrief reports of novel findings, technical notes, data tools, or methodological advances.

Manuscript Structure

 
Title Page

Include manuscript title, full author names, affiliations, email addresses, ORCID IDs, corresponding author, acknowledgements, and funding sources. This file is uploaded separately from the blind manuscript.

 
Title, Abstract & Keywords

Title should be concise and informative. Abstract should be 150–250 words and summarize purpose, methodology, findings, originality, and implications. Include 4–6 keywords.

 
1. Introduction

Present the background, research problem, gap, novelty, urgency, objectives, and contribution of the study.

 
2. Literature Review / Theoretical Foundation

Analyze relevant theories and prior studies. Authors should synthesize literature, identify gaps, and develop conceptual arguments or hypotheses where applicable.

 
3. Research Methods

Describe research design, population/sample, data sources, instruments, variables, procedures, analytical techniques, software, validity, reliability, and ethical approval where relevant.

 
4. Results & Discussion

Present findings clearly using tables or figures where necessary. Discussion should interpret results, connect findings with theory, compare with previous studies, and explain implications.

 
5. Conclusion

Summarize key findings, theoretical and practical implications, limitations, and recommendations for future research.

 
References, Tables, Figures & Supplementary Materials

Use APA 7th edition references, numbered tables/figures with descriptive captions, and supplementary datasets/code where relevant.

Typography & Layout

  • Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt, normal body text.
  • Spacing: 1.15 or 1.5 line spacing according to RAIDA template.
  • Paper Size: A4 with consistent margins.
  • Headings: Use numbered headings and subheadings consistently.
  • Language Quality: Manuscripts must be clear, academic, and proofread before submission.

Tables & Figures

  • Placement: Place tables and figures near the first citation in the text.
  • Format: Tables should be editable, not image screenshots.
  • Captions: Tables need titles above; figures need captions below.
  • Quality: Images, diagrams, and charts must be high resolution and readable.

Ethical Standards

Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Studies involving humans, animals, sensitive data, or institutional datasets must include appropriate ethical approval, consent, or permission statements.

Authors must disclose:
  • Conflict of interest, funding, and acknowledgements.
  • Author contribution using CRediT roles where possible.
  • Use of generative AI tools, if any, in accordance with RAIDA policy.
  • Data availability, supplementary materials, and research transparency.

Reference Management

References should be managed using Mendeley, Zotero, or similar reference management software in APA 7th Edition style.

Recommended Requirements:
  • Use recent and relevant references, preferably published within the last 10 years.
  • Prioritize primary sources such as journal articles, proceedings, books, datasets, and official reports.
  • Include reputable international journals, indexed proceedings, or accredited national journals where relevant.
  • Ensure every in-text citation appears in the reference list and vice versa.

Prepare Your Files

Prepare all required submission files before logging into OJS.

  • Cover Letter (PDF/DOCX)
  • Blind Manuscript (DOCX)

Registration

Create an account if you do not already have one. Complete all required fields accurately.

Key Fields:
• Given Name and Family Name.
• Affiliation format: Department, Faculty, University, Country.
• Country, email, username, and password.
• ORCID iD, if available.
• Agree to the privacy statement.

Start Submission

Log in, click New Submission, select language, confirm checklist requirements, add comments to the editor if needed, and continue.

Upload Submission Files

Upload each required file and select the correct article component.

Repeat the upload process until all required files are uploaded, then click Save and Continue.

Enter Metadata

  • Title: Paste your article title in Title Case.
  • Abstract: Paste your abstract without citations.
  • Contributors: Add all authors and co-authors with full name, email, country, affiliation, ORCID iD, and role as Author.
  • Keywords: Enter keywords one by one.
  • References: Paste the complete APA-style reference list.

Confirmation

Review all information carefully. If everything is correct, click
Finish Submission

Authors will receive an email confirmation after the submission is completed successfully.

Post-Acceptance

  • Proofreading: Authors will receive proofs for final approval before publication.
  • Open Access: RAIDA is an open-access journal and published articles are freely available online.
  • Publication Charges: Applicable article processing or author fees are provided on the journal website.
  • Correction: Post-publication correction, withdrawal, or retraction follows RAIDA editorial policy and publication ethics.
