Authors are required to use the official RAIDA files below to ensure standardized formatting, double-blind review compliance, and smooth editorial processing.

Contains: config.tex, abstract.tex, sections/, figures/, and tables/ templates for structured RAIDA manuscript preparation.
RAIDA supports a structured component-based LaTeX workflow for authors who prepare manuscripts in LaTeX. Please follow these standards to ensure smooth editorial and production processing:
- No unofficial class modification: Authors must not modify the official class/style files provided by RAIDA.
- Edit components only: Complete metadata, abstract, manuscript sections, figures, and tables in the designated folders/files.
- Visual assets: Figures must be high-resolution, preferably minimum 300 DPI, and named sequentially, e.g.,
figure1.png,figure2.jpg. - Similarity check: Upload a compiled PDF or Word export of the manuscript together with source files to support editorial screening and similarity checking.
Required Submission Package (5 Items)
Addressed to the Editor-in-Chief. Explain the manuscript’s novelty, originality, relevance to RAIDA, and contribution to data analysis, innovation, methodology, or multidisciplinary research.
The main article file must be fully anonymous. Do not include author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or other self-identifying information.
For LaTeX users, submit source files and a compiled PDF/Word file for review and screening.
Separate file containing article title, abstract, keywords, complete author profiles, ORCID IDs, affiliations, email addresses, corresponding author, and funding information where applicable.
Includes originality declaration, CRediT author contribution roles, conflict of interest statement, funding disclosure, AI declaration, copyright agreement, and ethical approval or data permission statement where applicable.
Upload the full similarity report generated by Turnitin or an equivalent plagiarism-checking system.
RAIDA recognizes that digital and AI tools may support academic writing and research workflows. However, authors must transparently declare how and for what purpose AI tools were used in the Statement Letter. Undisclosed or excessive AI-generated content may be subject to editorial review according to RAIDA publication ethics policy. Reference: COPE Position Statement on AI Tools.
