Transparent publication fee policy for accepted manuscripts only

Important Payment Policy RAIDA does not require payment at the submission stage. The publication fee is charged only after the manuscript has been accepted by the editor for publication processing.

RAIDA applies a transparent Article Processing Charge (APC) for manuscripts that have passed editorial screening, peer review, revision, and final acceptance. This fee supports publication production services, including standard LaTeX editing, layout preparation, metadata checking, online publication, and long-term digital accessibility.

✓Final publication proceeds after proof, metadata, and payment confirmation are completed.

Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy Authors who request withdrawal after acceptance or during production must notify the editorial office formally. Administrative or production charges may apply if the manuscript has already entered the layout, LaTeX editing, or publication preparation stage.
