  1. Initial Editorial Screening: The editorial team evaluates the manuscript’s relevance to the journal scope, originality, formatting compliance, and basic scholarly quality.
  2. Similarity and Ethical Assessment: Manuscripts are reviewed for similarity, ethical compliance, authorship integrity, and adherence to publication standards.
