Component-Based System for AAI.
Important: LaTeX Submission Standards
To ensure a smooth production process, AAI applies a Component-Based LaTeX Workflow. Please follow the standards below:
- No Main.tex Required: Authors must not submit a compilable
main.texor modify the official class file. The editorial team will handle final compilation using the official system. - Edit Components Only: Please edit only the provided components in the ZIP kit, such as
config.tex,abstract.tex, and thesections/folder. - Visual Assets: All figures must be high-resolution, minimum 300 DPI, and named sequentially, for example
figure1.pngandfigure2.jpg, in thefigures/folder. - Plagiarism Check: Authors are required to upload a PDF or MS Word export of the manuscript alongside LaTeX source files for similarity and AI-content checking.
Required Submission Package (5 Items)
1. Cover Letter (DOCX/PDF) To Editor
Addressed to the Editor-in-Chief. The letter should explain the manuscript’s novelty, originality, contribution, and relevance to accounting innovation.
2. Article Manuscript (DOCX/TeX) Blind Review
The main article file must be fully anonymous. Do not include author names, affiliations, acknowledgements, or identifying information.
*For LaTeX users, submit the ZIP source file and a compiled PDF/Word version for review.
3. Title Page & Metadata (DOCX/Config) Full Identity
Separate file containing the article title, abstract, keywords, author names, affiliations, email addresses, ORCID IDs, and corresponding author details.
4. Statement Letter (PDF) Required
Includes author contribution statement, CRediT roles, conflict of interest declaration, funding statement, AI-use declaration, and copyright agreement.
5. Turnitin AI Report (PDF) Check
Upload the complete Turnitin similarity and AI-writing report as part of the submission package.
⚠️ Important Note on AI Usage:
AAI acknowledges that digital tools and AI-assisted technologies may support academic writing and manuscript preparation. However, authors must transparently declare how and for what purpose AI tools were used in the Statement Letter. The Turnitin AI Score must not exceed 12%.
