Payment does not influence editorial decisions, reviewer recommendations, or manuscript acceptance. All manuscripts remain subject to academic quality, originality, ethical compliance, and relevance to the journal’s focus and scope.

Payment Stage

1. Submission
No payment required at submission stage.
2. Peer Review
Manuscript is evaluated through editorial and reviewer assessment.
3. Acceptance
APC invoice or payment instruction may be issued after acceptance.
4. Publication
Article proceeds to DOI activation, layout, and publication.
Important Policy Notes
  • The APC is requested only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.
  • Payment does not guarantee acceptance and does not influence reviewer or editor decisions.
  • All manuscripts must comply with CSRI author guidelines, publication ethics, and similarity requirements.
  • COPE principles are used as an ethical reference framework for publication integrity.
Manuscript Withdrawal Policy

Authors who wish to withdraw a manuscript must submit a formal written request to the CSRI editorial office with a clear reason for withdrawal.

If the manuscript has been accepted, assigned a DOI, entered LuaLaTeX production, or scheduled for publication, withdrawal may require administrative review because editorial processing, DOI activation, and production work may already have been completed.
