Authors are required to use the official CSRI template files to ensure consistency, double-blind review readiness, metadata accuracy, and editorial processing efficiency.

Important LaTeX Submission Standards
- Submit the LaTeX source package together with a compiled PDF version.
- Do not modify the official class/style files unless instructed by the editorial office.
- All figures must be high-resolution and placed in the official figures folder.
- References must be complete, consistent, and compatible with the journal citation style.
Required Submission Package
| 1. Cover Letter
Addressed to the Editor-in-Chief. Explain originality, contribution, community relevance, and why the manuscript is suitable for CSRI. |

| 2. Blind Manuscript
Main article file prepared according to the CSRI template. Author names, affiliations, and acknowledgements must be removed for double-blind review. |
Blind Review |
| 3. Author Data Profile / Title Page
Separate file containing complete author identities, affiliations, email addresses, ORCID iD, Google Scholar profile, and contributor information. |
Metadata |
| 4. Statement Letter
Includes originality statement, authorship contribution, conflict of interest declaration, AI-use declaration, and copyright/license agreement. |
Ethics |
| 5. Turnitin Similarity Report
Upload the full Turnitin or equivalent similarity report. CSRI recommends similarity below 15%, excluding references and direct quotations. |
Screening |
AI Transparency Notice: Authors must disclose any use of generative AI tools in the Statement Letter, including the purpose of use and the extent of contribution. AI tools must not be listed as authors.
