Component-Based System for APSY.

Important: LaTeX Submission Standards

To ensure a smooth editorial and production process, APSY employs a component-based LaTeX workflow. Authors are required to follow these standards:

  • No main.tex required: Authors should not submit an independent main.tex or modify the journal class file.
  • Edit components only: Please work only with the provided files such as config.tex, abstract.tex, and the sections/ folder.
  • Visual materials: All figures must be high-resolution and saved sequentially in the designated folder.
  • Similarity check: Authors must upload a compiled PDF or Word-exported version of the manuscript for plagiarism and AI-detection purposes.

Required Submission Package (5 Items)

1. Cover Letter (DOCX/PDF) To Editor

Addressed to the Editor-in-Chief. It should clearly explain the originality, novelty, and contribution of the study to psychological science and innovation.

2. Article Manuscript (DOCX/TeX) Blind Review

The main manuscript must be fully anonymous and should not contain author names or affiliations.
For LaTeX users, submit both the source ZIP file and a compiled PDF/Word version for review.

3. Title Page & Metadata (DOCX/Config) Full Identity

This separate document should contain the title, abstract, keywords, and complete author profiles including affiliation, email address, and ORCID ID.

4. Statement Letter (PDF) Required

This file should include authorship declaration, conflict of interest disclosure, AI usage declaration, and copyright agreement.

5. Turnitin AI Report (PDF) Check

Please upload the complete Turnitin report as part of the required submission package.

Important Note on AI Usage:
APSY recognizes that AI tools may assist academic writing processes. However, authors must be fully transparent regarding how and for what purpose such tools were used. Any AI assistance must be clearly disclosed in the Statement Letter. Authors are encouraged to ensure that the AI score remains within the journal’s acceptable threshold.
