Advances in Environmental Innovation (ANEVA) Archive Policy
1. Digital Preservation ANEVA is committed to the long-term preservation of its published content. The journal employs multiple strategies to ensure that articles remain accessible and secure.
2. Self-Archiving Policy Authors are encouraged to archive their published articles. The following self-archiving policies apply:
- Pre-Print Version: Authors may archive the pre-peer-review version of their manuscript on personal websites, institutional repositories, or preprint servers without any embargo period.
- Post-Print Version: Authors may archive the peer-reviewed and accepted version of their manuscript (the post-print version) on personal websites, institutional repositories, or non-commercial repositories without any embargo period. The archived version should include a link to the final published version on the ANEVA website.
- Publisher’s Version/PDF: The final published version (publisher’s PDF) may be archived on personal websites or institutional repositories, provided it includes a link to the article on the ANEVA website.
3. Institutional Repositories ANEVA encourages institutions to archive their researchers' publications in institutional repositories. Institutions can request permission to archive the final published versions of articles, which will be granted in accordance with our open access policy.
4. Digital Preservation Services ANEVA participates in digital preservation services and repositories such as CLOCKSS, LOCKSS, and Portico to ensure the enduring availability of published content.
5. Indexing and Abstracting Services ANEVA ensures that its articles are indexed in reputable indexing and abstracting services, enhancing the discoverability and accessibility of its content. This includes services such as APJI, ARIMBI, ZENODO ISSN, Garuda, SINTA, Scholar, Copernicus, DOAJ, EBSCO, WOS, SCOPUS, and PubMed.
6. Backup and Redundancy Regular backups are performed to safeguard against data loss. The journal’s content is stored on secure servers with redundancy measures in place to prevent data loss.
7. Legal Deposit ANEVA complies with legal deposit requirements to ensure the preservation of its publications in national libraries and other designated repositories.
By adhering to these policies, ANEVA ensures that its published content remains accessible and preserved for future generations of researchers and scholars.
