Author Guidelines

AUTHOR GUIDELINES

Authors are invited to make submissions to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope. Those considered a good fit will be sent for peer review before an editorial decision is made.

BEFORE SUBMISSION

Authors must ensure:

• Permission obtained for all third-party materials (photos, documents, datasets)

• All listed authors have consented to be identified as authors

• Ethics committee approval obtained where required (per study's country legal requirements)

• Study design and research argument are properly structured and articulated

• Title is concise and informative

• Abstract can stand independently (clear purpose, method, findings, implications)


SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Prepare these 5 separate files:

  1. Cover Letter – Letter to Editor explaining novelty, scope fit, and originality

  2. Blind Manuscript – Main text WITHOUT author names, affiliations, acknowledgements

  3. Title Page – Full author details: names, affiliations, emails, ORCID IDs

  4. Ethics Statement – CRediT roles, conflict of interest, funding, data availability, AI use disclosure

  5. Similarity Report – Turnitin/iThenticate PDF report (meets journal screening policy)

File formats: DOCX (manuscript) | PDF (supporting documents)


FORMATTING STANDARDS

• Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt (body text)

• Spacing: 1.15 or double-spaced

• Margins: 2.5 cm (A4 paper)

• Word limit: 6,000-8,000 words (research articles)

• Language: English (preferred)

• References: APA 7th Edition

DESK REJECTION RISKS

Submissions may be desk rejected if:

✗ Study design is weak or unclear

✗ Research argument is poorly structured

✗ Title is vague or too long

✗ Abstract lacks clarity or key elements

✗ Formatting does not follow guidelines

✗ Required files are missing

✗ Similarity score exceeds journal policy

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.

    Before submitting, please prepare these 5 required files:

    1. COVER LETTER
      Letter to Editor explaining novelty, fit with journal scope, and originality.

    2. BLIND MANUSCRIPT
      Main text WITHOUT author names, affiliations, or acknowledgements.

    3. TITLE PAGE
      Full author details: names, affiliations, institutional emails, and ORCID IDs.

    4. ETHICS STATEMENT
      CRediT roles, conflict of interest disclosure, funding sources, data availability statement, and AI use declaration.

    5. SIMILARITY REPORT
      Turnitin or iThenticate report in PDF format. Must meet journal screening policy for similarity and AI scores.


    Please confirm:

    • All 5 files are ready to upload

    • Manuscript is completely blinded (no author information)

    • References follow APA 7th style (minimum 20 references, 80% from recent primary sources)

    • This submission is original and not under review elsewhere
