Author Rights
Authors who publish with IAD retain the copyright to their work. Under the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, authors grant others the right to share and adapt their work, provided appropriate credit is given.
Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges and earlier and greater citation of published work.
Digital Archiving & Preservation
IAD is committed to the long-term preservation of scholarly content. We participate in:
- PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN): A distributed preservation system for OJS journals
- LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe): Enables libraries to preserve and provide access to journal content
- CLOCKSS: A community-governed dark archive for perpetual access
All articles are assigned a permanent Digital Object Identifier (DOI) through Crossref, ensuring persistent and reliable linking.
Article Processing Charges (APC)
IAD is committed to keeping publication fees transparent and affordable. Our APC covers the costs of peer review management, journal production, online hosting, long-term archiving, and DOI registration.
