Available Positions
  1. Editor: Handle manuscript submissions, make editorial decisions, manage peer review process, and contribute to journal development.
  2. Reviewer: Evaluate manuscripts for scientific quality, methodology, originality, and relevance to the journal's scope.
Qualifications Required
  • PhD or equivalent terminal degree in relevant field (exceptions may be made for exceptional candidates with Master's degree and significant experience)
  • Demonstrated research experience in marine or fisheries sciences
  • Record of publications in peer-reviewed journals
  • For Editor position: Previous editorial experience preferred
  • For Reviewer position: Previous peer review experience preferred but not mandatory for early-career researchers
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Commitment to timely manuscript handling

Applications will be reviewed by the editorial board on a rolling basis. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a brief online interview. Successful applicants will undergo an orientation session and receive detailed guidelines for their role.
